Why It Matters
A Measured Approach, Not a Quick Fix
Small changes that fit your daily operations tend to hold. We help you find the ones worth making.
Practical Over Theoretical
Every recommendation we share is something you can actually act on with your existing team and budget — no sweeping overhauls required.
Non-Regulatory Footing
Our work sits entirely in voluntary, operational territory. We share general information and process guidance — not legal or compliance advice.
Collaborative by Design
We work alongside your team, not over them. The aim is to leave your organisation more capable, not more dependent on outside support.
Visible Progress
From checklists to priority lists to progress notes, every engagement ends with something tangible you can refer to and build on.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked
What does "voluntary operations advisory" mean in practice?
It means we work entirely in territory that is optional — not dictated by law or regulation. We share general information and process suggestions about how businesses can reduce waste, use resources more carefully, and operate more thoughtfully. We do not provide legal, compliance, medical, or financial advice.
Which types of business do you typically work with?
Our work suits small and medium-sized businesses across hospitality, retail, food and beverage, light manufacturing, and B2B services. If your organisation is curious about reducing its resource footprint or wants to start a more considered way of working, we are likely a fit.
How long does a typical engagement take?
The Responsible Practice Briefing is typically a half-day session. The Operations Review usually runs across two to three weeks of collaborative work. The Responsible Operations Advisory is an ongoing arrangement — monthly or bi-monthly — suited to organisations making a longer-term commitment.
Do we need to have existing sustainability policies in place?
Not at all. Many of our clients are at the very beginning of the conversation. The Briefing is specifically designed for organisations that want to understand what sensible first steps look like — no prior policies or frameworks needed.
Are your services available outside Chiang Mai?
We are based in Chiang Mai but work with clients across Thailand. Briefings and advisory sessions can be conducted in person or remotely, depending on your location and preference.
What does the price cover for each service?
The Briefing (฿3,800) covers the session, preparation, and a printed briefing pack with checklist. The Operations Review (฿19,000) covers the collaborative review process, findings summary, and priority list. The Advisory (฿33,000) covers an ongoing monthly engagement with session time and progress notes. All prices are in Thai Baht.
