How We Approach Every Engagement
Every piece of work we do begins with listening. Before recommending anything, we take time to understand how your organisation operates, where the current friction points are, and what constraints are genuinely non-negotiable.
From there, our work is collaborative rather than prescriptive. We share observations and suggestions; your team decides what to act on. The written deliverable at the end of each service serves as a record — useful whether or not you continue working with us.
We work entirely in voluntary, operational territory. We do not provide legal, compliance, or financial advice of any kind.

Standards Across All Services
Confidentiality
All information shared during an engagement is treated as confidential and held only within the Cobalt Wren team. We do not reference clients in marketing without written permission.
Honest Scope
We are clear about what we can and cannot advise on. If a question falls outside operational guidance, we say so directly rather than stretching into territory where we are not qualified.
Written Deliverables
Every service produces a document your team keeps. The written record is part of what you are paying for — it is not an afterthought or a summary slide deck.
Fixed Pricing
Fees are set in advance and confirmed in writing before work begins. There are no variable charges and no additions for written deliverables or follow-up questions within the agreed window.
Direct Access
You work directly with an experienced advisor throughout, not with a junior team member or an account manager. The person you speak to in the scoping call is the person who does the work.
No Pressure
We do not push for upsells or suggest that a lower-priced service is insufficient. If the Briefing is what your organisation needs right now, that is what we recommend.
